Emmett Madden is a lifelong resident of Montgomery County, father of two adult sons and a committed husband. He has served this community for over 30 years; first on the Jenkintown Library board, then as an elected councilman and chairperson of the Public Safety Committee where he oversaw the Jenkintown Police Department. He has coached his children and served as a Board Member for the Jenkintown Youth Association. He is a proud sponsor and Board Member of Guy’s Racing Club, a local cycling club with over 100 members. He is a passionate advocate for cycling, cyclists and cycling safety.
